European Union leaders on Thursday were meeting in Brussels to agree a proposal to cap excessive bonusses in the financial sector. Swedish Prime Minister Fredrick Reinfeldt, which holds the rotating presidency of the European Union, said he hopes that the Wall Street bonus bubble will be burst.
