Eastern Shore farmers Stewart Lundy and Natalie McGill utilize biodynamic principles on their roughly 50-acre farm, and have become teachers and leaders in following the ways of nature. “Food is what empowers you,” Lundy said. “Healthy food allows people to be all that they can be.”
