Video of a fishing trip to Lake Springfield on a warm and windy 2 May 2014. Started fishing in the James River with a Midwest Finesse Rig (a.k.a. Ned Rig) in the 2.5" ZinkerZ California Craw color and caught a little bit of everything on the bluff banks. Then rowed into the main lake channel and found some nice slab crappie chasing curly tailed jigs. It is always exciting to see a body of water "wake up" in the spring!
