This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. I struggle to make apartment with culture, apartment with communication. I was ranked as 'village culture double-cropping' service by Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and I sow seeds of culture with the theme : apartment with culture in our site of living. Specially 'child press corps' activity gets to be characteristic work, so many children find they build community and change the apartment culture beautifully themselves.
