Not sure where to start? Feeling lost or overwhelmed? Want to dive deeper? I made this free course for you🔥➡️https://goo.gl/Kyo2ET Check out my full courses here 🔥➡️https://goo.gl/3kMUUr We all overthink certain aspects of our lives. Learning how to love yourself can absolutely help. The fast paced, demanding society we live in makes it easy to fall into the unproductive trap of overanalyzing past situations or obsessing over what could happen in the future. This unhealthy habit evokes negative emotions and often leads to anxiety. An incredible amount of stories I made up in my mind about things that might happen or those that have already happened were wrong, false and a waste of time. This constant chatter in my brain did not help me accomplish my goals, contribute to my business, or provide me with anything beneficial. When I acknowledged that, I started consciously guarding my mind. Instead of entertaining random thoughts, I forced myself to think about love. I would say ‘I love you’ to myself over and over and mean it. I made that decisive effort to let go of thoughts that do not serve me. It became this little positive ball of energy that grows and gets harder to leave. When I do leave it, it is a lot easier to come back. This practice, as simple as it is, is very effective in cultivating self-love. Whenever you encounter a negative thought pattern, catch yourself early on and exercise this simple practice. I cannot stress enough the importance of self-love in achieving our highest optimal self and living our best life possible. Love yourself and everything else will follow.
