Millions of techno fans converged on Berlin during the 1990s to take part in the Love Parade and party in clubs like the Tresor. Many say those days are over,but music journalist Tobias Rapp disagrees. In his book,Lost and Sound ,Rapp claims that beats and Berlin were made for each other. International DJs and electro tourists continue to agree.
