Watch me eat homemade Vietnamese Spring Rolls (Gỏi cuốn) 

I know they are quite ugly hahah, I don't really have good skills in making Vietnamese spring rolls! I wish my mum could have helped me, her rolls are always perfect!!

In my spring rolls I have: prawn, pork belly, lettuce, cucumber, eggs and bun noodles.
I dipped them in a homemade peanut sauce, which is made of: 
- hoisin sauce
- fish sauce
- peanut butter
- sugar
- water
- tapioca flour (to thicken it)
You basically just boiled all the ingredients together. I topped the sauce with some crushed peanuts and dried chilies.
