Philadelphia Zoo Hammerkop Testing Water

One of the hammerkops in the McNeil Avian Center's African Savanna area looks like it is testing the water in the pool before going in. Actually, it is probably trying to stir up bits of something good to eat. 

The Egyptian plover can be seen scurrying by in this video, too.
