Libyan coastguard rescue 147 African migrants

The Libyan coastguard has rescued Tuesday morning 147 African migrants attempting to reach Europe. More than 8,000 migrants have been rescued in waters off Libya during the past 48 hours in difficult weather conditions, according to Italy's coastguard. (AFP Video)
