Westmeath Public School Save Our School member Neil Nicholson is dismayed at the short notice provided by the Renfrew County School Board's decision to close Westmeath Public School and transfer the remaining students to Beachburg. He notes that efficiency is not necessarily in the best interests of the children, and hopes that the school board will reconsider their decision.
