HARLEM, Manhattan - A driver appearing under the influence was driving on E116 when he crashed into a Chevy Tahoe and overturned his vehicle. He also had two female occupants. They were trapped for a brief moment until FD broke the glass allowing them to escape. They were ambulatory to the ambulance and appeared fatigued. After recording the witness testimony on police body camera, the male driver was arrested, a second ambulance was dispatched, and he was separated and placed in that second ambulance. All were transported to an area hospital in stable condition | Video Journalist: Adam Balhetchet
