Loopy and his friends have build a theme park based on their adventures, including an incredibly dangerous driving range, a show featuring seals who can't swim, and a roller-coaster that has a bit of trouble staying on the track. But Edgar, having a rather nasty personality, can't quite find a place in the "Second Happiest Place on Earth," and swears revenge.
