Other Tidbits: 

As Brandon Summers told the crowd, their tour van blew up on the drive down to Sacramento from Portland. Apparently, a hose blew and the engine overheated, leaving them temporarily stranded along the Siskiyou Pass. And that was why the show was pushed back an hour and they had to do their ~20 min sound check in front of the audience right before they played as opposed to before the Townhouse's doors opened. Summers posted a photo of their overheated white van on Twitter. :P 

After the show, Brandon Summers and Benjamin Weikel manned the merchandise table and I bought their new CD, which they also autographed. I asked Summers if there was any chance of them playing 'Silence on Silence' the following night in San Francisco, and he said that they're still working on it, tweaking it to get it right, and that they'll probably start to play it in the later shows a few months from now. I then got a picture with both of them, which was nice.
