This one is very well made, can be heated in either hot water or in the microwave. For cold, put it in the freezer for a few hours. This pack will stay hot or cold up to twice as long as the competitors! Included is a neoprene strap to attach it to virtually any part of the body. It's adjustable with one hand! Not long enough? An extended strap is included! Also provided is a cloth bag to put the pack in to prevent direct burns (hot OR cold) to your skin. What's more? It's got a LIFETIME WARRANTY! U.S. based support as well! Buy this hot/cold pack--visit the manufacturer's website at: https://www.thermopeutic.org
