Dear Ascension Pioneers!

In this transition period of deeper awakening to our Self, we are activating our emotions on a whole new level. Our emotions are nothing bad or something to fear or deny, they are to be respected and cherished. When we learn to FEEL more consciously, emotions can become a really beautiful experience. When we are feeling through awareness, we are getting to know the deepest aspects of our Self. This means without any judgment or labeling, just pure observation and feeling everything as it comes and goes in waves. These waves are here to remind us, that we are feeling Beings, and that this is a part of our Nature as Humans. We are Source Beings, but here, we are also Humans. As a Human race, we are now collectively learning to manifest our emotions within the highest aspects of our Self, as we are moving through the spiral of Spirit. We cannot understand our emotions through the mind, because the mind works as a filter. We need to feel them, because only feeling contains the whole essence of it. So in order to know our Self, we need to remember how to feel ourselves. This is a natural thing and a necessary part in order to move to the next phase. As we move higher in consciousness, we are merging with parts of our feeling side of Life, that cannot be labeled with a 3D mind set anyway. That is why so many individuals cannot even explain how they feel with plain words. This is good, You don't even have to try to explain, just feel away!
