A man has been arrested after police found guns and drugs inside his home during a parole violation check. Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Flex Team members assisted with a parole visit to the home of Tierre Moore, 35, on N. Mitchner Avenue after he violated his Electronic Monitoring. Police say Moore was on electronic monitoring as part of his MCCC agreement because he is a Violence Reduction Partnership target and an uncooperative shooting victim. Police say Moore also had ties to the "Grundy Crew."
