Aam Aadmi Party has filed FIR before ACB in CDM Smith Project corruption case on 15th September. AAP has given 30 days ultimatum to ACB for registering the FIR, failing to which they have warned to take the matter ahead. FIR includes names of Manohar Parrikar, Digambar Kamat, Laxmikant Parsekar, Churchill Alemao and Sudin dhavalikar. However, the FIR is not yet registered by ACB.
