(21 Dec 2018) A British man accused of leading an "international network" of drug trafficking was sentenced to 22 years in prison by a French court on Friday. Robert Dawes was convicted of assisting to import 1.3 tonnes of cocaine into France in 2013. Dawes denied the charges during the trial. His lawyer said that they will appeal the sentence.y.
