Showing how to make a wire form kayak from RG 45, an inexpensive mild steel gas welding rod. Includes brazing, gas welding with a filler rod and fusion welding. Using these basic techniques one could make a white water kayak, a tandem kayak or a competition kayak by adjusting the design. Material cost is minimal and skill level is beginner to intermediate.
