All Pro Football 2k8 provides a great example of replicating professional football. A Guard puts up a great effort, but the QB still has to step up and rush his throw, otherwise known as a defensive "hurry". The quick throw allows the defensive back to be in a better position to make the catch than the WR who is still coming out of his break. Once the defender catches the ball, the two "change sides" and the offensive player has to play defense...knocking the ball out and allowing his team to retain possession. Outside of awkward and messy multiple fumble plays....do you see this in Madden 2009? Have you seen it happen in 2010? Does it happen in professional football?
