This is the chained chow we investigated in Connecticut. In case you are unaware, Connecticut has a law limiting chaining for 'an unreasonable amount of time.' Granted, that law sucks, but it is a law...and therefore it presumably means they can't be chained for 24/7 at a bare minimum. My reports tell me this chow is chained 24/7. This is unacceptable. This is me trying to get some action from the AC, after the cops blew me off.
