Summer along Germany's Baltic and North Sea coasts means one thing: beach chairs. The country's oldest beach chair maker was founded in 1925 in Heringsdorf. 
One year ago, the company was facing bankruptcy but insolvency proceedings offered a way out, and now, after extensive restructuring, the company is up and running again.
