Find more details, and a parts list, on my blog: http://arxangelrc.blogspot.com/2013/09/skyangel-gripen-50mm-edf-jet-with-3d-printed-vectored-thrust-nozzle.html

After all the problems I had with the previous version - printed the parts too big, so they were heavy and were leaking air, which reduced thrust greatly - I developed a new VT unit with control surfaces (paddles) instead. I also managed to print the whole unit in one print. It worked great on the ground, did not leak air, so the plane had its full thrust, and was 50% lighter than the previous one, which greatly helped with CG. Also, the design would help save the servos in a crash, where as the previous unit would strip the servos on every crash. At the end the model flew great, and was very responsive. I had a hard time making it hover, but I will get there eventually with some practice. I would have to make the paddles longer, to give it more control, but for now I will keep this one on the Gripen for testing.
