Eugene Hankins, the former father-in-law of fugitive Dewyatt Hill describes how local officers and federal marshals took Hill into custody about 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2012, as he sat in a recliner watching a movie on a big-screen television in a single-wide trailer off Clinton Highway. Hill, a pharmacy robber, had accidently been released from the Blount County jail on July 18, 2012.
