This assumes that Frank's on point & Phoenix Wright is anchored, & on Trial mode with all good evidence. Once again, this is situational, because I mainly start off having Wright on point. It's better that way for him.

Wright's part of the DHC is actually optional if you don't want to spend another meter, but if you complete the whole combo, here, you'll get him to Turnabout Mode and get Frank up to Level 3.
