Shapes 2014 http://palmergenerator.bandcamp.com/album/shapes https://www.facebook.com/pages/Palmer-Generator/146388498748077?sk=info The Palmer family takes you into a lysergic worlds! Palmer Generator (aka Palmer family) born in Jesi/Ancona (IT) in spring 2010 from the collaboration of Mich Palmer with his brother Tom and his son Matt, their Stoner Rock is psychedelic and chasing, enriched by very dynamic cues like Post-Rock and Shoegaze influences. In their compositions the Palmers translating the long sessions of their songs in lysergic sonic trips, producing in their lives massive and psychedelic sound bombardments, where the dynamicity of Post-Rock and Shoegaze music fuse perfectly with the dirty sound of Stoner Rock and all the aggressivity of Post-Metal. Two years after their EP, in 2013, they come out with their debut album "(e)motionless", entirely D.I.Y. Here they find the collaboration for a song (Phoneutria) of Andrea, the magical piper, who will become since that moment honorary member of the band. In June 2014 appeared for Red Sound Records their new concept album "Shapes" , completely instrumental and recorded at the Red Sound Studio (IT), whose mastering is entrust to Steve Kitch (UK). ========= Shapes, like the previous work of the band, is a concept album. The idea is mixing the Plato's myth of the cave with the oriental theory of Fukeiron.
