Real Estate also performed with Bedouine for her final song, ‘One of These Days’. This was the first time the band had performed in Oakland and also the largest venue they have headlined so far. 

Alex Bleeker: A lot of you don’t know this, but Martin was born right here in Oakland… :P
Martin: I didn’t know that… News to me… lol

Martin Courtney also said at the beginning of the show that they usually organize the setlist in a way that minimizes guitar switching and tunings, but for this show, they disregarded that strategy. “There’s going to be a lot of switching…”
