Virtually all the campaigning for this week's congressional elections focused on domestic issues, but the outcome will also have some impact on issues of national security. Still, VOA's Al Pessin reports from the Pentagon that experts do not expect the Republican Party's takeover of the House of Representatives and its gains in the Senate to have a major impact on the war in Afghanistan or other key defense policies.
