Tore apart the car again to go over the tension settings and the belt. I later used a stethoscope to determine the sound is definately coming from the tensioner. BTW: Since the last video of this, I set the tensioner to the 5oclock position. Now its at the 5oclock position for this video. It still makes noise and the dealership is still convinced its fine.
