The '66 Pontiac I have has been sitting several years because someone who shouldn't be allowed near a car decided to chop out the fusebox because it had rusty contacts. Well, those boxes aren't easy to find anymore, and pricey when they ARE found. It also had a bad brake drum as I've shown elsewhere. I have been patiently waiting for a year to see if a parts car would turn up, and this last weekend was my lucky day finally. The Pull-a-part in Nashville showed to have recently gotten a '66 Catalina, so I got my rainsuit, toolbox and beat a trail to Nashville in the pouring rain. Here's what I got for the grand total of $43 plus gas expenses:
