“Extra’s” AJ Calloway spoke with actress Amandla Stenberg at the NYC premiere of “The Hate U Give,” where she dished on her 20th birthday plans.
 
When asked what she would do on her birthday, Stenberg shared, “Hopefully, see my friends,” adding she'd also like to "take everybody to the movies.”
 
The movie opened in some theaters just one day after the death of screenwriter Audrey Wells, who lost her long battle to cancer. 

"The Hate U Give" opens wide October 19.
