This is me doing the Butterfly Twist, a standard Martial Arts move. This is one of my favorite acrobatic moves. The kind you see from Tony Jaa and Mark Dacascos. I am thinking about making a video tutorial on how to do this trick. I think that the tutorials that are out there are not adequate and do not explain key elements to the trick. Also, they do not show a good process for breaking down the trick so the novice student can learn it without getting injured.
