NS 25E and 223 were the only eastbounds going restricted speed through SAFB. the dispatcher gave them orders to go resticted speed starting at signal 19.2 through New Baden. I think NS 111 had to do restricted speed but idk. Every time a train pass by my dads truck is alarm always goes off.
