Dr. Kathleen Morse of Advanced Materials Applications (AMA) appeared on the NASA Digital Learning Network to discuss the space environment and how it affects everyday electronics such as a cell phone. This talk came out of the "Gumstix in Space" program that AMA is currently conducting to test the reliability of ARM processors on the outside of the International Space Station.
