A group of paramedics, military, veterans, police officers, firefighters and their supporters took part in the 22 Push-ups/22 Days Challenge during the noon hour in Confederation Park on Tuesday, August 9, 2016. The Challenge is a campaign to raise awareness of the rate of suicide among Canadian Armed Forces members, veterans and first responders. Similar to the Ice Bucket Challenge, individuals and groups are encouraged to challenge other friends and colleagues to participate.
