I recommend the Scorpion 450cc] as the bike is much more stable and reliable.

For this achievement, you'll have to complete the track without braking (LT or X), by only using gas/throttle.

I actually did the achievement having the throttle down the entire, and found it to be quite easy with is why I'm posting this method. Got the achievement quite quick.
