Mali Decides: Vote counting underway after Sunday poll

Vote-counting is also under way in Mali, after Sunday's presidential elections. President Ibrahim Boubacar Keita seems confident of a victory. But opposition candidate and Keita's main rival, Soumaila Cisse, believes the poll will go to a run-off. His campaign director has already announced plans to contest the results and demand a recount. The United Nations is pressuring all sides to accept the outcome -- or challenge it through legal channels -- to avert a political crisis. A disputed result is likely to inflame tensions in the West African country.
