On November 2, 2018, at 5:50 pm, the victim, a 30 year-old male, was walking on 1300 West Somerset Street when a dark blue Nissan Sentra and a gold Cadillac CTS pull next to him. An unknown black male (suspect #1) then exits the Nissan armed with a handgun and grabs the victim telling him to "give it up". When the victim removes his identification card and approximately $150 from his pockets and gives it to him, the suspect then states "I know you got more than that" and forces the victim inside the Nissan. The operator of the Nissan an unknown black female (suspect #5) then drives him to a Wells Fargo bank located at 2843 North Broad Street. Suspect #1 then follows the victim inside the bank where the victim asks the teller to withdraw $1,500 from the account. After the teller declines him several times, suspect #1 attempt to leave the bank with the victim at which time the he refuses to leave. Suspect #1 then exits the bank and returns to the vehicle at which time police are called. No injuries were reported during this incident.
