Missionaries serving in the Alamosa 4th ward in Colorado decided to take the SLV Pizza Company's hot wing challenge. Ghost chili (ghost pepper or bhut jolokia) extract is used to make these hot wings. Ghost chili is around 1 million Scoville units!!!! This sauce is the equivalent to Pepper Spray!
