Hey guys, Here are some samples of the slow motion settings that the Sony RX10 M2 has to offer. Setting 1: 240 FPS in 1080p which comes out to 8 seconds of slow motion time that it captures. This is your best quality option and you can slow it down using video editing software. If you need to record longer than 8 seconds shoot 1080p at 120 FPS to get 29.59 minutes of record time. Setting 2: 480 FPS in at 1,676 x 566 pixels which isn't too bad. It is not HD but still higher than 480p and you end up with a 16 second video clip. You can upscale this, however I think the better option is to use 240 FPS in 1080p and slow it down further with software. Setting 3: 960 FPS gives you a 32 second video clip and is the worst quality with 1,136 x 384 resolution. I would definitely avoid using this setting unless you are make a Standard Definition 480p video only. I instantly saw the noise in the video increase while taking this night video of the fire so the quality is pretty degraded! Overall I'm really impressed with the capabilities of this camera and having slow motion built in is an added bonus for videography creativity!! www.milkywaymike.com www.flickr.com/photos/versprill/ http://fineartamerica.com/profiles/michael-ver-sprill.html Royalty Free Fire Sound Clip from: https://freesound.org/browse/tags/campfire/
