Building collapse in China: Rescue workers search for residents

An apartment block in the city of Fenghua in east China's Zhejiang Province collapsed on Friday, burying residents inside. Five people have so far been rescued out of the five-storey collapsed building, with more are believed to be buried in the debris. It is not yet clear why the building collapsed, however according to reports, residents have previously reported cracks in the structure, but had received no response from authorities.
