Ingredients
Mooli (radish), grated -1 medium size
Wheat flour dough - as needed
Oil - 2 tsp/paratha
Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Green chillies, finely chopped - 1
Hara dhania (coriander leaves), chopped - 2-3 tsp
Dhania (coriander) powder - 1/2 tsp
Ajwain (carom seeds) -1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Optional - Amchur (mango powder) or Anardana (pomegranate seeds) - 1/2 tsp
