The EU and African Union both said however that the election had not been badly impaired.The opposition leader said on Monday he''d reject the result, prompting the UN to ask all parties to remain calm as the election concludes.President Keita was widely criticised during his campaign for failures to handle Mali''s security crisis - the international community is hoping this time he''ll do more to stem jihadist attacks and intercommunal violence.
