T Premji Executive Chef -- Swagath Grand Hotel considers about the Mughalai festival. There is lot of varieties from standard to the desert. There is Yankees Shorbas, Paaya Shorbas, Shabnam ka Shorba, Makai ka Shorba. The starters there are kakori kebab, Durai kebab and Barack khabaree is there. In chicken there is Murgh Khas, Murgh kali mirch Kebab. With Vancoff there is Peeta-wali Machli with the Roti there is Bakar Khani Roti and Sheermal, Zafar mal Roti, There are lot VZMs. They have Sabji Anardhana. With the starters there is Noor-e-Chaman. There are deserts like Samia ka Muzaffar. They have been conducting festival for these from 24th January to next month 9th February 2014. The festival was started and many guests are coming with all the middle class families and enjoy the food.
