this is just a clip of me training at eastern market in dc with the rock hydra productions. It's been a while since ive trained, so im trying to get back into it hard core. It's hard since im getting older..you don't heal as fast as you used to, or if at all! hahah most bboys my age will tell you. But youth resides in the heart and dance has no age.
