More than 19 million Hispanic, or Latino, Americans are eligible to vote in midterm congressional elections in the United States on Tuesday. But a recent study by the Pew Hispanic Center suggests that Hispanics are less motivated to vote than they were two years ago when President Barack Obama ran for office .
