This is a beautiful jazz standard (of which there are many great recordings out there - one of my favorites right now is Kurt Elling's rendition.

In this video Gio sings and I (Geoff Peters) play piano on our own improvised jazz arrangement of My Foolish Heart. I take a piano solo in the middle, and Gio does some improvising around the melody of the tune after the piano solo.

Lyrics:
The night is like a lovely tune, beware my foolish heart!
How white the ever distant moon, beware my foolish heart!
There's a line between love and fascination,
That's so hard to see on an evening such as this,
For they both give the very same sensation.
When you're lost inside the magic of a kiss.
Your lips they're much too close to mine, beware my foolish heart!
And should our eager lips combine, then let the fire start.
For this time it isn't just fascination, or a dream that will fade and fall apart,
This is love this time, this time it's love, my foolish heart!
