MEIOU and Taxes mod has been on my radar for a while, but outside of the quick dabble I've never properly sat down and tried to play through. Well, taking my own advice from Vanilla, here we give it a shot with France!

The mod changes a whole bunch, for the map, to estates, to population. Even production and construction are different! Seriously, the changes here are *significant*. Massive thanks to Gigau and the rest of the crew for all their work on this. You guys have done a stellar job!

In this latest expansion for Europa Universalis, there are a number of new features, including; exclusive decision trees for England, Scotland and Ireland, new naval doctrines, Anglicanism, map redesign for the British Isles and the Low Countries, industrial revolution (including advent of Coal), technology sharing, trade steering CB, and innovativeness ratings.
