Now with footsie goodness! This has been confirmed in both PS3 and XB360. My version is PS3. For any charge character, they can perform any b to f charge move after walking or jumping forward. You can even play footsies. The glitch is done using both the pad and the analog stick. The pad will control the movement, while the analog stick will perform the move. Since charge partitioning does not exist in SF2, what is shown in this video should be impossible.
