In this puzzle, you must figure out a way to get the red coin on top of the screen without getting any of the keys. I already knew this trick from a prior puzzle I played by TTT (who also has first clear on this puzzle). The trick is to kick the shell, then land on it, but do not pick it up. Once you pick up a shell, it will lose its coin collecting ability. But if you kick it and then land on it, it still retains the ability to collect coins. This is why I push it with the P-Switch to get it onto the spring, instead of holding and dropping. 

This puzzle was a bit tricky to set up since you sort of have to land the shell on the POW and then push it while it's still on the POW. There isn't a lot of room for item management, but I think I got a setup that isn't too bad.
